Yoga ball rolling is for the mind, body and "sole"! Classes are designed to help you learn to use tune up balls effectively to release tension and support you in building your own self therapy tool kit. A simple and highly effective care solution to keep you tuned up, mobile, flexible and able to address your pain. We will work into areas that are commonly high tension; rotator cuff, upper back, neck, jaw, hips, low back, IT Band, calves and feet.
